I’m poet Guy Farmer and I write minimalist poetry for outsiders who feel like they don’t quite fit in.
Throughout my life I’ve felt like I was looking in from the outside, almost as if I was separate from what was going on at the time.
I used to think that feeling different was an affliction of some kind but, over time, I came to realize it’s what makes me who I am. I now celebrate the things that make my poems different. I love that I don’t write like everyone else and that I’ve found a style that reflects the real me.
