Dine without Worries - Unconventional Minimalist Poems about the Human Condition

Dine without Worries

They went out today,
A now-infrequent splurge,
Can’t do it as much
Anymore, prices have
Gone up by at least
fifty percent, what
Used to be absorbable
Is now much more draining,
A larger percentage of
Non-increasing wages
Taking away from necessities
While the powers that be
Dine without worries.
